How should I care for my products?
We recommend washing our sleep and loungewear in cold water on the delicate cycle. You can either hang to dry, or dry on delicate. This helps them stay soft and colorful!
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship our orders via priority mail, and orders usually take about 3-5 business days to arrive, provided there is no cause for delays.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS and USPS.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after your package is delivered.
My package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it. What can I do?
Unfortunately once a package is marked as “delivered,” there is nothing we can do on our end to locate the package. However, as the recipient of the package you can file a lost package claim with the carrier via their website. The carrier will either locate the package for you, or refund you for the lost package.
